Supper Club: Memphis to the Mississippi Delta
"Southern food is about a lot more than fried chicken and BBQ, good as they are. For our June 21 and 22 dinners, I hope to bring you a more nuanced interpretation of Delta cuisine, one shaped by those two opposing encounters on my Delta odyssey … a cruel history and a vibrant soul."
