Come celebrate the spring season by folding spring flowers such as cherry blossoms and tulips, as well as butterflies in origami. The finished models can be used for greeting cards or room decorations. All supplies are provided, which are fine art papers imported from Japan.
Artist Bio: Born and raised in Japan and living in Portland, Oregon, Yuki Martin is an artist, instructor, and writer with a special interest in origami. She has taught origami at schools, libraries, camps, elder care facilities, and events since 2007. Her work has been featured at Oregon Zoo, Oregon Historical Society, Portland Japanese Garden, Portland Art Museum, and many more. She is also an author of Super Cute Origami Kit from Tuttle Publishing.
